Designersblock London 2002 At Imu’s first show we presented five works from six designers: Klaus Aalto, Jani Koivula, Mari Relander & Anna Katriina Tilli, Saara Renvall and Aleksi Syvänen. The works turned their back on such Scandinavian ideals as minimalism and technology. Instead they were about beauty, sensuality and pleasure. The exhibition was part of the Designersblock event which took place September 26th-29th at The Bargehouse, an industrial building on the south bank of the Thames river.
